Supervision Style Highlights
-

-
I use role-playing, video recordings, case vignettes, self-evaluative tools, and discussion of readings to enhance your clinical skills and confidence.
-
I help you apply research, theory, and evidence-based models directly to your clinical cases to strengthen conceptualization and intervention skills.
-
I provide formative and summative feedback tailored to your strengths, challenges, and developmental level.
-
I foster supervisee growth by demonstrating interventions, reviewing session recordings and case notes, sharing relevant clinical resources, co-constructing case conceptualizations, and modeling self-reflection and self-care strategies.
