  • I work exclusively with adults who are navigating challenges such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, grief and loss, life transitions, and substance use. Many of the individuals I work with also seek support with stress management, emotional regulation, setting healthy boundaries, or managing unhelpful coping behaviors such as avoidance, anger outbursts, or perfectionism.

  • I specialize in working with adults and have a passion for providing tailored support to physicians, healthcare providers, and academic medicine professionals, as well as college students, military veterans, and their family members.   • I specialize in trauma intervention, assessment, and treatment, and have extensive experience delivering evidence-based treatments including:

    • Prolonged Exposure (PE)

    • Cognitive Processing therapy (CPT)

    • Written Exposure Therapy (WET)

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

    • Crisis Response Planning (CRP).

      I also support adults navigating grief and loss, crises, life transitions, interpersonal and relationship challenges, career and vocational concerns, as well as diversity and multicultural issues.   • While my practice is based in the San Antonio and Boerne areas, I can see clients anywhere in Texas.

    I’m also authorized through PSYPACT to provide virtual therapy to clients located in PSYPACT participating states. View the list of PSYPACT participating states here.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual services. In-person sessions take place at my office in Boerne, Texas, while virtual sessions are available to clients anywhere in Texas.

    I can also see clients virtually in any of the PSYPACT participating states.

  • Sessions are available for clients Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST. Scheduling is tailored to meet individual needs whenever possible.

  • Psychotherapy sessions generally last 50 minutes and are scheduled at intervals that work best for each client, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

  • My practice is private pay, and I do not bill insurance directly. Clients are provided with a Superbill, which can be submitted to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if the practice is notified at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments are charged the full session fee.

  • The fee for a 50-minute Individual Therapy session is $175.00.

    The fee for a 50-minute Initial Assessment for new clients is $225.00.

    I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards, including Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover.

  • During the first session, I work with clients to understand their needs and treatment goals and determine whether my practice is a good fit. I will share recommendations for care and treatment based on my professional expertise. If it appears that a client’s needs fall outside the scope of my practice, I will offer support in finding appropriate community resources to ensure they receive the care they need.

  • Clients may request copies of their health records in writing via email. Requests are processed in accordance with Texas law. Concerns about professional conduct, consumer protection, or privacy may be directed to the following agencies:
